How long does it take to process my order?

Domestic orders can take approximately 3-4 Business days to be processed. Holidays Excluded. International orders can take approximately 7-10 Business days.

How do I apply a discount towards my Order?

To apply a discount to your order, you must first add items into your cart. Once you add items to your cart, click on “View shopping Cart”. This will lead you to a new window where you will find the Discount Code box. Type the Discount Code here, then click “Apply”. Once this is complete, you may then proceed with successfully placing your order and check out.

I didn’t receive my shipping or email confirmation.

If you have not received your shipping or email confirmation please check your junk or spam folder, if it’s still not there please email us at info@pinkandbananas.com so we can help.

We accept Paypal and the following Credit Cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express.

How can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order please email us at info@pinkandbananas.com ASAP so we can cancel it for you but if it’s processed we, unfortunately, cannot cancel it but will be happy to give you a store credit.
